Payconiq, launched by ING Bank, is an electronic payment system which is meant to help pay back friends and can also be used to pay cashless in stores by using the app on your smartphone.
At the time I joined the project all they had was a working prototype that proved the real life application. My role was to rework the application from the ground up, with maintainability and security heavily in mind.
